Meet Mallory

Hi, I'm Mallory, mom of two, athlete, and personal trainer based in San Diego.

I grew up in Ohio, spent ten years in Sydney, Australia, and landed here in 2017. Fitness has always been a big part of my life but having two kids humbled me. I didn't feel like myself. I didn't look like myself. And I knew I wasn't alone in that.

That's what drove me to become a trainer, for myself, and for the village of moms around me who felt exactly the same way. I started training others during COVID and haven't looked back. Getting back to a consistent strength training program is what changed everything for me, and that’s what I want to give other women, too.

Outside of training I'm chasing my two kids, staying active, playing sports and getting outside as much as possible.

My passion is helping women understand the power of lifting weights, feeling strong and making time for themselves.

My goal is simple: to help women build real strength and feel good in their bodies as they age. It’s never too late to be the strongest version of yourself!
